We have a double room available in our house share. Currently there are 3 males and 1 female aged from 20-25. two of us are working and two are students so we are very flexible with the new house mate.
We all get on very well and often socialise with each other, watch TV, cook and some times go out together. However we all like our own space and we very much respect this. Each bedroom door has a lock which requires a key.
We are looking for someone to move in around 1st May but this could be flexible. We have no preference to gender or occupation.
Bills are included, a deposit is required to the estate agent, which is refundable when you leave and is one months rent. The room is a very large double room with built in wardrobe, built in shelves, desk, chairs, more shelves and bed included. It has a nice big bay window and another small window so lots of light.
I would highly recommend coming to view the house to have a look at everything.
