A comfy TV/ sitting room is on the ground floor and a very large kitchen leading to a sunny garden. One tenant has a quiet dog who is only here Mon-Fri. There is some storage available.
All appliances are for use by everyone We are all friendly and sociable but respectful of one another but all working with busy lives. Bills are included in the rent.
