Double En Suite Room in Centre of Bedford

Hi,

We live in a 3 story house next to Bedford Park, it a is 7 minute walk to the town centre, 12 mins to the train station and 25 mins to the university (there is also the free bus 20 metres away).
The room to rent is a furnished double room with a good sized ensuite bathroom and a large cupboard that gives plenty of storage. There is a garden, small patio for smokers and a log fire. All bills, council tax, Wi-fi and cleaning/washing products are included. Cleaning is provided.

I am a 36 yr old male who works in the countryside. I live with my 2 daughters who are 9 and 4 yrs old, although they are usually not with me during the week (mon-thurs). With this in consideration; I am unfortunately only looking for a female house-mate. We are a very relaxed household looking for someone who is open-minded and laid-back.
