Clean & tidy non-smoker(s) required!

I have a generous 13'x11' furnished double room, furniture includes double bed, 2x bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, drawer unit, and a desk (which is optional).
The room is available in my home for *£450-550 a month and is available from the 2nd November 2019.

*There is some flexibility in price - the upper price would be for a couple sharing the double room and needing to park on the driveway.

The house is a 20 min walk from the town centre and has lots of amenities nearby including Bedford train station & Bedford Hospital. There is also off road parking available.

Ideally I am looking for a professional (full time) non-smoking person(s) (please don't apply if you smoke) - the location would be ideal for anyone based at Borough hall/Bedford hospital or working in the town centre.

You will have your own fridge and shared freezer(s) provided. I have a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use (Please use this and the washing line/lean to outside to prevent issues with damp building up in the house). I recycle most of my rubbish and compost all vegetable waste, there is a dishwasher available also.
I have a well stocked kitchen so as long as you are clean and tidy you are welcome to use any of my pots, pans, utensils etc.

Broadband and Tivo are available but I only have one tv so you may want to have your own tv as well.

There is a shower/bath available in a shared family bathroom which is upstairs and is kept clean and stocked with loo roll.
I have a large secure garden but no outside storage space.

I also look after a small dog two to three days a week so ideally I am looking for a lodger(s) who is/are ok with this.
