New housemates wanted from 17th May

My three beloved housemates (two guys and one girl) and I have been living together in this house for 9 months. I'm looking for new people to take over their rooms for a minimum 3-month term and hopefully it'll be as pleasant to live in this place!

The house is well located in a lively neighborhood. City center and train station are within minutes by walking. And I never struggle to park my car for free in front of the house.

All rooms are furnished (bed, mattress, desktop and wardrobe). We also have all needed amenities : kitchen equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, shared living room, broadband access. Some charges (electricity, gas and internet access) are paid separately from the rent and amount to £40 pm per person on average.

No rules were needed to share the house as common sense and basic respect are the only requirements. Besides the way we live together depends on you ! I'm full-time employed and enjoy relaxing when I come home but we can have dinner together and even have a drink sometimes. I could also house friends of mine at home for a weekend but I'd be even more careful not to disturb others.

One of the double room is available from 17th May. The last room can be taken over from 24th May. If you're still interested please wait until I've discussed with all the people who has already got in touch with me! Thanks.
