Semi detatched 2 bed cottage with large kitchen/diner. Only 10 minute walk to train station and town.
Tenant will have a fully furnished double room with freeview television point.
Tenant will have their own fridge freezer.
Tenant will have joint access to the bathroom, kitchen/diner and garden but not the lounge.

* must be clean and tidy and respect that this is still my home.
* must be a dog lover.
* this is no party house - me and my Lab lead a nice quiet life.
* must be happy to help with keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean.
* no visitors - unless arranged in advance with landlord.

There is close on street parking.
All bills and virgin internet are included.
Can do a cheaper rent for Mon - Fri lodger.
