I have a double room available which is furnished. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, TV and free view. The shared facilities are the kitchen/living room with all mod-cons including, washing machine and dishwasher, huge comfy sofa, broadband and TiVo and the bathrooms (downstairs cloak room and upstairs bathroom). Extra storage can be arranged if needed in shared areas.
I will consider a full time or a Monday-Friday lodger.
Must work full time or near enough. Ages preferably 20-40 but not exclusive. DSS not accepted. House is in quiet location and 5 minutes from town centre and train station.
