I have a spare room to rent in my home, mon to fri. Bills included, some basic house work sharing, small tv and freeview box in the room and virgin and large tv in shared front room. Shared bathroom with myself. No overnight guests. Friendly non smoker wanted. Would suit someone working in the area mon to fri.
I have 3 cats so would have to be a cat lover. 10 mins max walk to train station which goes into Stevenage, London, Peterborough.
10 mins walk to town centre. On street parking as i use the drive way. Its a 3 bed detached house with lovely larged decked area in the quiet garden. Any questions please ask
