Beautiful double bedroom in quiet village

The bedroom is at the back of the house with views over the fields. It has a king size bed, and three chest of drawers and lamps, with heated towel rail, window blind, curtains, chest of draws and bed side tables with lamps. Linen provided. The house has a lovely bathroom with big power shower, and an additional cloakroom downstairs. Shared use of kitchen, utility room with washer, drier and big US style fridge freezer with ice and cold water available all the time. The kitchen has dishwasher and range cooker. There is a conservatory and in fine weather, use of a lovely deck and patio area. The house backs onto fields and is in a rural setting. (There is a piano in the house if you are a pianist.)

I get up early to go to work each day and so will be glad of quiet hours after about 10. 00-11. 00pm. 2 dogs live here, both are non moulting and very loving. Fast broadband is included, and all bills. I am used to having lodgers and am very accommodating and relaxed about sharing my home.

There is a deck and patio in the garden and garden furniture for relaxing and a BBQ and fire pit.

Cheddington is perfectly placed with rail links to London, and the north, and easy road access to Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Tring, Berkhamsted, and Luton. Cheddington has a couple of great local pubs, one small local shop, and tennis courts, a church and a village green.
