Bedroom has a Single bed and the room is large enough for you to use as your main living area. It comes with a large wall mounted TV which can be used with your PC/Laptop for viewing TV via internet using TV Now box as there is no TV aerial. Also a large fabric wardrobe and a small desk and chair.

Your fully fitted kitchen is next to the bedroom and has an Oven with grill, Large Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Microwave, sink and shared Washing Machine. For meal time there is a dining table overlooking the rear Garden.

The main bathroom/shower is shared and on the 1st floor but you also have access to your own toilet and wash basin on the ground floor.

You will be living with me (live in Landlord) and my very friendly cat but you will hardly see me as I will be upstairs or out. My children (9 & 11) stay with me every other weekend and also every Wednesday 7PM - 9PM. There are no other people sharing this house.

My quiet road is serviced by new Guided Busway "Route B" into Luton Bus/Train Terminal. Centre of Luton is just 29mins away by bus. Junction 9 of the M1 is 5 miles away and 10 minutes by car.

Due to me having my children staying over every other weekend, I require a female lodger as my children and I would be more comfortable with this arrangement.
