I am in the process of buying my 1st house. Will hopefully be done in early may. It is a 4 bedroom house. I will be living on my own, but occasionally my 8 year old daughter will stay over.
I am looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, and sociable like me because I would like to live with somebody that I get along with and can be friends.
It is a double room that is available. £350 for one person, £500 for a couple. All bills including Internet. Off street parking available for 2/3 cars. The house has a garden and is in a quiet area.
