Double Spare Room

Hi I live in a two bedroom house in Eaton Bray and I am looking to rent out my spare room for a period of 6 months.

Unfortunately public transport is not very good from the village or so I am told however there is roadside parking available. There will be a shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge and large garden. Rent will include all bills which incorporate unlimited wifi. I work for a law firm in Luton so I am out of the house Monday to Friday 8 - 6 sometimes longer. I would ideally therefore prefer another professional.

There is an electric shower, bath, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer all available to the tenant.

The room will be furnished with a double bed, curtains, bedside table x2, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table. The airing cupboard is also in the spare bedroom which will be cleared for extra storage.

Village is quiet and ideal for someone who works nights and needs to sleep in the day.
