Double en-suite room available in private house

I have a double room available with ensuite in a new detached house on the wixhams estate between elstow and clophill. The room is fully furnished and comes with:

- King size bed
- Large built in wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Unlimited Fibre broadband
- Sky TV (including Sky sport and BT Sport) in the lounge and bedrooms
- Access to separate study

This is a private house, not multi occupancy. So no other persons living in the house other than me. You will have full access to the rest of the house and facilities.

Ideally I would prefer Monday to Friday let but happy to consider full time.

Wixams is a new village, just south of Bedford, which is only a few minutes away. With easy access to the A6, A421 and the M1, and just around the corner to a bus stop that takes you to Bedford station, this is an ideal location for everyone.
