Great Room own sitting room friendly home

Available either daily or weekly.

Single room has a built in wardrobe, single bed, triple tiered dresser and bedside table. It also has it's own TV, bed side clock and lamp.

Lodger will have access to a small lounge, 3 seater sofa, 32inch TV and window which overlooks the drive.

Very large garden, anyone with green fingers is more than welcome!! Lovely to sit out in the summer. There are three areas to sit out and enclosed patio which is very private.

There is also a small gym available at the house. Including a treadmill, rowing machine, punch bag and music center.

Would be happy to provide breakfast, packed lunch and dinner for an additional charge of £15 per day.

The area is a very rural village. On a bus route. Bedford is 6 miles away. Hitchin is 15 miles away. Three railway stations very close by. Commute to London (kings cross, st pancreas) takes around 20 minutes.

Walking distance to country pub, restaurant, very active village hall (tribute bands) and post office (with a large shop).

Ideally looking for a professional lodger to stay either during the week Monday to Friday or long term. Very friendly landlady in a very friendly village!
