Double room in Houghton Regis
My current housemate will be moving away due to work. So am seeking a new housemate for the end of November onwards.
The room is a double and is furnished. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive. There is a garden and a patio area. Wifi also available.
I am looking for a clean, fun and friendly housemate. Somebody I can get along with because we have to live together, so somebody of similar age to me so we get along. I work shifts so at work a lot of the time.
The house is in a quiet area of Houghton Regis but close enough to town. Roughly 10 minutes from Leagrave train station and luton town centre. There is also a shop about 2 mins walk away.
Although I smoke I do not smoke inside the house.
I also don't watch much tv and don't follow football so the tv remote is basically yours lol.
