I am looking for a professional person to rent this bright, sunny bedsit room in my lovely home, weekdays only. The bedsit is very spacious and is actually 2 rooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker/hob, fridge, sink and base and wall units. Double doors leading to the bedroom which has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bathroom is shared (with just myself) and has a power shower/bath. Shared use of washing machine. Super Fast Virgin broadband, central heating in all rooms and is near to all amenities - gym, swimming pool, shops, town, railway and buses.
I have a cat who sleeps most of the time, so isn't any trouble!
It would ideally suit someone who wants a comfortable weekday home, returning home most weekends, although I can be flexible. Please contact for more information.
