Single Room with Ensuite in New 4 Bedroomed House

The accommodation is a two storey house, the room to let is on the first floor and includes a single room and current use of the en suite bathroom.
This is a Monday to Friday let, I am fairly easy going and am looking for a lodger who appreciates peace and quiet,(I practice meditation and so will need a certain degree of silence). I need someone who is relatively tidy and will look after the property.
The house is new, I have been living here for 10 months on a very small development, close to Heath and Reach, within walking distance of the town centre and railway station with fast trains to London. There is off road parking directly outside the house.
