Facilities inc. dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Broadband, WiFi and all bills included. Parking. The bedroom overlooks the garden and the house backs onto open fields. The property has been refurbished to a high standard.
The village has a good pub and is 5 mins drive to Leighton Buzzard, trains to Euston 35 mins. Milton Keynes is 15 mins drive. This is a semi rural loacation so more suited to someone who likes the peace and quiet of a village.
I am looking for a single professional person who spends weekends away. I live at the house and my daughter stays one night a week. I enjoy cooking and my previous lodger enjoyed a meal and socialising some evenings. I have two dogs a black lab and a cockerpoo so you must like dogs and perhaps an occasional walk. The rent stated is for a Monday to Friday let.
