I have a nice newly refurbished 2 double bedroom terraced house for rent to professionals or to a nice and clean family. I am renting the whole house not just a room for £875 this price excludes all bills.

The property is a 2 double bed terraced house with lovely spacious garden and off street parking. (permit only parking ). I have recently refurbished the kitchen and bathroom to a high standard therefore It is important that you respect your environment and help maintain a good quality living. :)

The house is in an excellent location! It is situated off London Road (Matalan) and only 10 minutes walk from the Arndale Shopping Centre and within 10 minutes drive from Luton airport. Roughly 3.5 miles.

The rooms are not furnished however one of the room has a built in cupboard whilst the other one has a partly fitted 5 door wardrobe.

In the kitchen there is a washing machine, fridge and a sofa and tv is in the living which we are happy to leave. The house also have a vacuum cleaner.
