I am offering a double bedroom for 1 person in a quiet area in North Luton. The rest of the house will be shared and there is a south-facing garden.
Bills are included in the rent except for pay-for-TV services (such a film channels) and land-line phone calls.
This would suit a working person. If Monday-Friday only was required, I would reduce the monthly rent.
The house is near a golf course and riding stables and there is easy access to the countryside and good walking.
Luton Town Centre is 3 miles away. There are buses to the town centre from the bottom of the road and also from the bottom of Birdsfoot Lane.
There is street parking for cars, and the house has a secure area for bicycle storage.
Within 10 minutes walk of the house there is a small local shopping parade and a popular pub restaurant.
