Cosy ground floor single room to let

We are two friendly and calm professional females currently looking for a nice, reliable and friendly girl to share the house with. We are both full-time employed and wish for someone with whom the chemistry is right and a nice chat in the kitchen or living room in the evening is possible.

Smokers are not a problem, but please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house but on the terrace and in the garden only.

The room is located on the ground floor and furnished with a floor lamp, a double bed and a closet. The house has a shared living room, one kitchen, one bathroom and a generous garden.

We are less than 10 minutes walking from Luton town center as well as Luton Parkway station and very close to junction 10 (M1).

Required would be a deposit of 200 GBP as well as a copy of any proof of ID.
