I'm currently selling my property and I have a single room available for 1 week so only available SHORT TERM.

4 bedroom terraced house with large garden. There is off street parking for a motorbike. There is permit free street parking available on four side streets within a few seconds walk.

All mod cons will be included - catered for house sharing, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, all kitchen accessories etc.

Viewings can start anytime.

Rooms available - large double room on the first floor. Room includes king size leather style bed, comfy mattress, bedside tables, drawers and a wardrobe.

Current housemates - 3 friendly, respectful housemates. Myself, 1 guy and 1 girl aged between 24 and 31. We love cooking, sports, movies, tv shows, all types of music etc.

Deposit - Two weeks deposit. Once moved in - one week advance rent.

Location/transport - The house is on a Main Street linking luton with Dunstable. You can walk to the town centre/train station/hospital/university in 15 - 20 mins or 5 - 10 mins on the bus outside the house. There's a bus or a train to the airport from the train/bus station 15 mins walk away. There are many local amenities close by e. g. Supermarkets, local shops, local parks, local pharmacy etc.

All bills included - This includes 200MB super fast unlimited broadband, a weekly cleaner, gas, electric, council tax, water etc.
