Room to Rent off Hitchin Road

Looking for a professional to join us in our house. One of our housemates is leaving us to pastures new, and we want to get the room filled as soon as possible really.

Its a great house and has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Once the current house mate leaves, there will be three professionals. The 3 of us work as cabin crew up at Luton Airport, and therefore works shifts, including earlies and weekends at times.

The house itself has a bit of a "Tardis" complex as it is much bigger on the inside. Communal lounge, complete with Sky+ and a great selection of channels as well as high-speed Sky broadband. A big kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Plus, plenty of storage for all your food etc in the cupboards and large fridge freezer. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Blender, toaster, kettle, hob, oven/grill... all the usual stuff you would find in a kitchen at your use! Downstairs toilet, and communal bathroom upstairs. The room on offer itself, very spacious and partly furnished with double bed and mattress, bed side cabinet and wardrobe. Plus plenty of electrical points for TV's, consoles, charging devices and gadgets etc.

It also boasts private parking on our cul-de-sac, which has a secure gated entrance.

The rent is £440 a month. This includes Council Tax, and Sky TV/Internet. The utilities are split 4 ways each quarter.

The house is also in a great location in Luton. Literally 5-6 minutes to Luton Airport, Town centre and rail links. As well as this, lovely pub pretty much across the road which we often frequent for a couple of drinks every so often, as well as a couple of shops and takeaways (including the famous Chicken George). When all of us are off at the weekend, it can be quite a social house and have been known to have some great BBQ's when the weather permits in the spacious back garden, that have gone on until the early hours.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, not afraid to do their fair share of the cleaning etc. Also, someone who is respectful of others and know that people work different hours etc. But more importantly, someone who is fun, social up for a laugh! Happy to sit round the telly watching dodgy TV shows/movies!
