We have a lovely double room available in our nicely appointed house share close to the town centre and are looking for friendly tidy people to share our lovely house. The room consist of a full-size double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, side table, and a desk and chair.

The house has gas central heating, a massive shared kitchen and living area with couches and a large dining table. There is also a garden and patio with outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy a cold drink at the end of the day.

The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Luton town centre, so you’re not too far from local amenities, including the Mall, the train station and plenty of restaurants. Asda is also only a 10 minute drive away. Outside the property you’ll find plenty of parking which is free all day.

All bills are included in the rent; TV, gas, electricity, council tax, water and broadband.

The house has a upstairs 3 piece bathroom equipped with a large bath and shower head.

Downstairs there is a shower room and separate WC.
