furnished double room near town centre available after 15th December . I have a small dog that is suitable for allergy sufferers so must like animals . there is a nice garden and on street parking without permit . broadband and free sat box if you need it . all bills are included . I would prefer a female to share but would consider professional male . I am looking to rent the room 52 weeks a year so it would not be suitable for a student .the rent would be the same for a Monday to Friday sharer as £300 a month is below average rate for a double room .
