All our house-mates are young professionals in their twenties and thirties. Each house is mixed and we reference all of our tenants to maintain a happy and enjoyable shared environment in the house.

Fully furnished with all quality furniture & carpet: bed, mattress with cover, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, reading lamp, mirror, pictures, curtains, TV, WI-FI. The paint colour is neutral so you can add your own personal items with ease.

**COMMUNAL BATHROOMS**
One luxury shared bathrooms between just 2 people (the other rooms have ensuite facilities); fully tiled walls and equipped with high quality fittings: walk-in showers, toilet, hand wash basin, heated towel rail, electric shaver socket, mirror, extractor fan and is cleaned weekly.
