Double ground floor room available for rent in a very clean well looked after shared house close to the airport 15 min walk to the terminal It must be seen. House is alarmed/monitored 24/7 and furnished . He room can be furnished(currently equipped with comfy double bed, work desk, some storage ) or if required can be unfurnished. Currently 3 guys living in on and off a Slovakian(38)/German(64) /Bulgarian). Bills for (electric, gas, water and the internet) are £50 per calendar month Parking /own garden
No smoking inside the house but there is a shelter outside for smokers. Kitchen fully furnished including washing machine, TV/cable. The person must be in full time employment or student looking for a very quiet place to rest/study. No parties or any other noise tolerated. Deposit of £340 required / non negotiable.
