I am a 39 year old female artist who has two double rooms for rent in my three bedroom semi detached house which is situated in the beautiful area of Pitstone.

Located 3 min by car to Tring train station (London Euston 40min, Milton Keynes 20min) and between M1 (18min) and A41 (5min), it is suitable for both commuting as well as for access to Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Dunstable, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead, all of which are 10 - 15 min away. Having your own transport is essential, although the number 61 bus stops on the main road outside the house.

The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a large living room and off street parking for two cars.

There are two double bedrooms available, modern furnished with ample storage space, both which have recently been decorated. The larger double is 2. 77 x 3. 50m (£500) including one of the off street parking spaces. The smaller double is 2. 36 x 3. 03m (£450).
