Single / small double in lovely Victorian cottage! Potton

Due to my mate moving in with his partner I have a spare room in my lovely little house. Dates are flexible, he said he can move sooner for the right person.

It's not enormous, you can get a double bed in, but you may prefer a single... Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

I smoke occasionally, but only outside.

Bills are included.

Sky TV, Broadband all included.

The house has recently been renovated to a high standard.

We have a garden, and some outside storage if required.

There is plenty of on road parking.

There is a bus stop very close to the house.

I'm a laid back, easy going, social lad, I enjoy live music, comedy, food, drink, and being outdoors.

I don't have any pets, but well trained dogs would be fine!

Looking for a down to earth housemate, male or female, I've lived with both, not fussed.
