Spacious Double with Ensuite & independence

MONDAY TO FRIDAY let in a quiet location between Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes for a non-smoker.

We have available a large, bright, clean bedroom with views of the garden and woods. The room is furnished with a brand new double bed (and new mattress), bedside table, fitted cupboard, chest of drawers, leather recliner chair, table/desk and chair, good wi-fi reception and TV socket. Its ensuite bathroom has a great power shower, basin and loo. Our set-up gives you independence from the owners and you share the use of a well equipped kitchen with our existing lodger (a professional businessman) when he is around - he has his own bedroom and bathroom.

We are looking for a professional person who wants to be based in the area from Monday to Friday for work purposes. You will have your own room in a comfortable and warm house located in a peaceful rural setting. All bills (except telephone) are included; wi-fi; parking on the gated driveway; washing machine; garden and terrace. Garage space is available for a car by negotiation.

We provide the bed linen and wash it regularly for you. The washing machine is available for your own use as well.

The room is available from Sunday evening/Monday to Friday.

The rest of the house is home to a friendly professional couple. Please mention your working hours if you work shifts or 'from home'.

Sorry, no couples, children or pets and we do not want a full time lodger - only Monday-Friday.

The house is situated on a quiet lane outside Great Brickhill – your own transport is essential.
