Large double room(s) in detached house.

I have 2 large double rooms for rent in a clean, quiet, spacious detached house. The area is good too, postcode lu20pl. The main bathroom is shared with one other person, if both rooms are let, though there is another separate toilet upstairs anyway. I use my own en-suite bathroom. The maximum amount of people living here would be 3, and that's if both rooms are let. So lots of space and no problem getting in the bathroom! There is a garden, fast wi-fi, off-road parking, another toilet downstairs, washing machine, tumble dryer and it’s close to transport links. It would be £500 per month, per room, all inclusive, if both rooms are rented. I have excellent references from previous house mates. I am a teacher, so I have enhanced DBS clearance.
