Lovely room is shared maisonettes

I am renting out my spare room. It is furnished with bed, chest of drawers and mirrored wardrobes with tonnes of storage space. The maisonette is in a quiet area of Stopsley. Close to the airport, short walk into Stopsley village and Round Green, where you can find more shops and a few nice local pubs. The Maisonette is ground floor, fully centrally heated, hot water. The bathroom has bath with shower over it. There is a washing machine and a garden for drying or clothes horse!! In the living room there is a large flat screen tv, broadband, Now tv and a nice toasty fire in the living room. The kitchen has everything you would need in it, cooker, microwave, fridge, sink etc. I am looking for someone to share my home with who is tidy, social and likes to chill of a night with some good TV or a nice meal and is considerate.
