Double room to rent, Mon- Fri.

Hello, I'm Danielle, I'm 28 years old and am the live in landlord of a 3 bedroom property in Wootton, Bedford.
I have a double room to let- part furnished and it includes a double bed and brand new mattress, brand new carpets, bedside table, rail to hang clothes & set of drawers.

I have recently moved in to this house and have decorated all rooms including having a brand new bathroom fitted and also kitchen.
I keep a clean and tidy house and will require someone of the same mindset. I work Mon- Fri 9-5. 30.
I am looking for a mon to fri tenant but you are welcome to leave your stuff in the room at the weekends.
I'm fairly laid back and easy to get on with, in the evenings I often go to the gym, so am sometimes not home until 8ish. I watch TV, read and am sometimes out with friends.
You would have full use of all kitchen appliances, including dish washer, washing machine- majority of the items in my house are brand new due to only having recently moved in. Also, full use of the living area, which includes comfortable corner sofa and TV. I would prefer to live with a female house mate.
There is no parking outside the house but there is plenty of off road parking.
