Lovely double room to rent in a two bedroom 1st floor flat close to Ascot train station, local shops, cafes and restaurants.

The double room comes complete with double bed with draws, triple wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws. The cost per month is £450.00 Mon-Friday inclusive of bills, council tax and includes BT Broadband & Wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine plus all the usual utensils. The flat includes one main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink but also has a small separate toilet.

Private off street parking available with communal gardens.

I’ve owned the property the last ten years and work in the sports industry. In my spare time I event my horse, am very social visiting friends and family and often out or away with work so I’m not at home all the time.

I’m looking for a female flatmate who is clean and tidy and respectful of others.

I am pretty easy going, will respect your privacy as I am sure you will mine but I am also very social and enjoy a glass of wine so a balance would be good!
