Single room. A quiet house with one other male tenant. Tenants have own bathroom. Would welcome shift worker and anyone who only wants week days only. (consession for week day only stay)
There is a local shop and easy access to main line station and major roads.
Access to kitchen and living area and utility room facilities. plus a spare living area for you if you want to entertain friends.
Broadband and bills paid for, however, if you want long stay and sky tv I will have to upgrade to multiroom which will be costed to tenant.
Smoking ok, but not in bedroom.
