New build house in a no through road so no traffic. Lots of greenery close by, all shops are a short drive away, 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. The nearest train station is Harmans Water which has ample parking is 15 minute drive away.
There is an allocated parking bay outside the house and a garden.

Am looking for a non smoking professional over 28 years old ideally staying Monday to Friday, weekends considered. I am very open minded who stays as long as they are considerate and they must be a cat lover.
I am a 40 year old male that will be living in the house but I am quiet, sociable person. I have a cat that has adopted me which helps himself into my house stays the night.
