Room 2 - Large spacious double room.

It is a lovely, modern, clean house in Bracknell. The room is fully furnished with good quality furniture and has recently been refurbished.

It is a 10-min walk to Southern Industrial estate, 5-min drive to Bracknell train station & town centre.

The house and each of the rooms have recently been decorated and painted to a high standard and with neutral colours and high quality furniture. Each room has a cupboard, chest of drawers, side table and a desk (on request). Each room also has a TV point to plug in your personal TV.

The dishwasher and washing machine is also brand new.

The kitchen is very spacious and in an immaculate condition. It has lots of cupboard space and a brand new fridge and chest freezer.

The room has a leather backed bed with an orthopaedic mattress, cupboard, chest of drawers and side table.

The living room is spacious has new sofas and a flat screen TV with free view.

The house has working Professionals only and the room is ideal for a Professional working in the area. The location is very convenient and is a very safe place to stay.

The area around is largely residential and family orientated.

Parking is not an issue as there is free communal parking in the area.

The house also has a lovely garden.

The shops are nearby and there is a bus stop that will take you to town in less than 10 minutes.

The Southern industrial estate is a 10 minutes walk from the house.

Admin fees are £100 per person for referencing and all paperwork which includes contracts and inventory.
