I also live in the House, on the Top floor, with one of the other rooms occupied by a couple so in total will be four of us living there. The house has a very mordern kitchen/Dining, Living room, garden and parking, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom and shower availble for Tenants use. Each room has built in wardrobes. It is approx 20mins Walk to Bracknell Station or 5-10 mins bus ride. 10 Mins walk to Local shops in Hollands Park Estate. Parking availble also. Professional FEMALE tenant only must be clean and tidy. £475 PER MONTH includes cleaner and wi-fi. No hidden extras, the price includes ALL BILLS Viewings day or evenings, can collect from bracknell station. Please no Male or couples need apply, you will not be considered.
