Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier also supplied. There is also a communal lounge, to relax or socialise.

There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and toilet and a further shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

The house also has an enclosed garden, with lawn and patio area, good for relaxing in.

The house is a short walk to Southern Industrial estate, 5 minute drive to Bracknell train station & town centre.
Bus stop is two minutes away with links to town and railway station.
