Double bedroom (Mon-Fri only)

Double room available with live-in landlords in the Harmans Water area of Bracknell.

We are located within a 15 minute walk of Martins Heron station and 25 minute walk of Bracknell.

Our double bedroom has been recently decorated with a double bedroom, a large built-in double wardrobe, side table, book case, chest of drawers and a tv (not shown in photos). We can also provide a desk if required

There is off-street (in front of a garage in a block) and on-street parking.

The current occupant is leaving us as he will now be working from home and so no longer in need on Monday to Friday accommodation. The remaining lodger is a professional male.

We are a professional couple and often work long hours, so there may not be much overlap between us.

We have broadband and Sky TV. We have all the usual cooking/cleaning equipment - including a dishwasher!

All bills included.

We have a cleaner that cleans the communal areas on a weekly basis but we still require that you clean up after yourself as you go.

We're looking for Mon-Fri/Sun-Fri lodgers only so that we can have the place to ourselves at the weekend, but happy to consider other weekday arrangements too.

The room is available from 22 August, but we may be able to be flexible about this.
