Hi,

I have my spare guest room available for rent on a short-term or long-term basis Sun - Thur Preferred. I understand most people generally want to commute on the Sunday evening and then would drive back to there home on a Friday but I am very flexible it's no problem.

Likewise, In terms of costs this is negotiable if your looking to stay for a minimum of 2 months.

I currently work full-time in a professional role for a corporate company based on Thames Valley Park. I generally do not come home until quite late so generally you'll have the place to yourself. All the bills are included, parking is available. Shared Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Room. Broadband is available also.

All I ask is that you are a tidy person, who takes care of others belongings. I am a very relaxed person and everything is available for you to use it's no problem. Female is preferred.
