Large, fully equipped kitchen. This property is owner occupied, and is nice and quiet and situated in a quiet cul de sac. The property is child, smoke and pet free.
High speed internet available.
This is not a shared house with other renters, this is a homely environment sharing with the owner who is on site to maintain the property. I am looking for a professional person to share my property who is a non smoker, is in employment, clean and tidy, honest and trustworthy and doesn't mind some interaction with others.
Manageable walking distance to either Martin's Heron or Bracknell railway station.
One month rent plus a months rent in advance will be required along with employment references.
