We have a double room which is fully furnished and includes a microwave/convector oven, fridge (small freezer), kettle & toaster for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SHARED FACILITY IN MAIN KITCHEN, IT IS THE SELF CONTAINED ROOM ONLY.... THE WASHING MACHINE CAN BE USED.
There is a lovely new four piece bathroom (shared by one other).
All bills are included and FREE WiFi.
The estate has it's own park, which we live literally 5 houses away from, to walk/jog round should you so wish.
It is conveniently situated 5 min walk to Bracknell Leisure Centre, train station (main London line and Reading line), bus station, town centre, cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, bowling and shopping.
We have set up the room so you can be totally self contained and the rent is for the sole use of the room and the bathroom ONLY.
We are on a quiet private road with ample safe secure parking.
We are relaxed, quiet, private people who work hard in the week, shift work and early starts, so we request our privacy be respected, as we would yours.
