We are a very friendly family used to lodgers. We are Judy and Edward and our son aged 19yrs plus dog Zebbie and 3 hens. We let out the rooms of our older children who have left home.

The single rooms are all Monday to Friday lets with bills included. They share a bathroom and separate toilet and a small dining/cooking area off the main staircase. You can leave your things there over the weekend and treat it as your own. The rooms are cleaned weekly, bed linen and towels changed and bins emptied. We keep a quiet home between 10.30pm and 6.30am.

The apartment is on the second floor of the house but accessed through the main house. It has its own bathroom and kitchen, bedsitting area separated into a bedroom and lounge/diner by a half-wall.

We are a very friendly family and enjoy having paying guests. We have off road parking, free wifi and we provide cutlery and crockery and use of our dishwasher.

You will need a car as despite the Slough postcode we are actually semi-rural and closer to Maidenhead with no nearby shops or pubs you can walk to. On the plus side though, we're next to a golf course and the rooms look out on to a pretty garden and a field with horses.
