Nice Double room in Friendly house

Good sized double room with built in wardrobes and garden outlook to rent. Room comes furnished with a bed, however this can be removed if you wish to bring your own.

The house is located close to the M4 Jnc7, but is in a newly built development of housing. There is a bus stop and train station close by. Off street parking is available.

We have a large shared lounge looking on to the garden (with french doors on to patio). The Kitchen is modern with a dishwasher and washing machine. Space in the cupboards and fridge freezer is equally divided between housemates.

You would share a bathroom with another housemate, however there is also a downstairs toilet.

**Bills are not included in the rent but roughly cost an extra £80 per month. This includes; council tax, gas & electric, water, and Wi-Fi**

This is a shared house however we are three professional friendly people who are quite relaxed.

Currently living in the house there is myself and a couple. I am an event co-ordinator who works in Windsor, Amber works in administration in Ascot and her partner Elvio is a Porsche sales executive.
