I have two rooms to fill in a great location just between Caversham and Reading town centre. The flat is only a five minute walk from the Caversham shops, and a fifteen minutes walk to Reading train station. It's also right next to a large park.

There is a double room available, as well as a smaller single room which can be filled if needed. I've put £430 for the rent of the larger room, but this would be reduced if someone took the smaller room.

The room is available from the beginning of July, but something may be arranged if you need to move in sooner.

The living room is a nice size, with a 32" television and an xbox with a LoveFilm subscription. We also have very fast broadband. The kitchen is kitted out with an electric oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher, if these things are important to you. The shower has amazing water pressure.

As for me, I'm a twenty-five year old who adores movies, has a passion for writing and likes stupid conversations in pubs. I'm fairly quiet and fairly clean.

I'm looking for nice people (who isn't?) who share some interests. I'm not too fussed if you're male, female or a couple. I am looking for people who I can get along with, so it'd be nice to meet you first.
