Rooms available in professional house share

There are two rooms available in a three bedroom house in Caversham to rent on a short term basis until the end of the year. The rooms can be rented separately.

There is a large double room, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a small double room with a small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is nicely decorated with a new bathroom, kitchen, and furniture.

The living area has two sofas, with a television, and there is a dining area with a table and four chairs.

The kitchen comes with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and the other usual small appliances.

There is a nice sized back garden, garage and a drive so off road parking is available. The rent includes all bills including wireless internet and sky tv.

The house is a 15 minute walk into town/train station.
