Two double rooms close to station

Two double rooms available in a nice Victorian house. It's on a quiet residential street within 20 minutes' walk of the station, with on street parking available, either permit parking on the road outside, or free the next street over.

Room 1: This is the master bedroom, it's a good sized double with some in built storage. There is the option for furnished/unfurnished as suits you.

Room 2: A small double/large single. Was intending to put a single bed in there but can have a double if you particularly prefer it.

I'm afraid I only have the estate agent's photos of the house at the moment, so it has the last owner's furniture in, but I will update these as soon as possible.

It has two reception rooms, with wooden floors and a proper log fire in the front room. It's a lovely, bright house, and I'm looking for people who will want to treat it as their home. Preferably friendly, tidy, young professionals.

All bills included except itemised phone calls.
