A nice, cosy double bedroom is available to rent at the back of a terraced house. The room comes furnished with double bed, built-in shelving, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. The house has a shared living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, study and garden.

All bills are included in the rent, including Virgin Media TV and WiFi. There's also a driveway and no other cars currently at the house to share it with.

You'll be sharing this home with one other friendly female professional. I'm ideally looking for someone over 27, male or female, considerate & tidy, working professional to house-share with.

The house is located about a 10-12 minute walk to the main Reading station and Caversham village is a 5 minute walk away (Waitrose, Boots, coffee shops, restaurants, all amenities, etc). So ideal location for commuting and conveniences!
