Parking is available behind the flat off road on a first come first served basis. Generally this is fine. If the car park is full then parking is available directly outside the flat overnight until 10am each morning.

Location wise, it is perfectly situated for the main rail way station, which is within a 10 minute walk. The main town centre is only a 15 minute walk and Caversham centre is a 5 minute walk. In Caversham there are lots of nice bars and places to eat.
